Which New Home Developments Can be Toured?

Nearly all developers in the Valley are part of our Home Tours service.  

When Can We Tour Homes?

We can tour developments at your convenience. Our team is available by appointment
7 days a week. If you would like to tour model homes, we are limited to times when
models will be available. Typically 10 am to 5pm. We can sometimes arrange to have
models available at other times with advance notice.

What is the Cost to Tour Homes?

Our New and Model Home Tour service is without any cost to you!....REALLY. There is
no obligation to buy either. We do request that tour requests are made from qualified
and interested potential buyers.

Do You Provide Loans?

NO, we do not provide or originate loans. New home builders sometimes offer
financing at below market rates and can be a fantastic incentive. You are not obligated
to accept builder financing and can seek financing from any source.

Why Does Mission Grove Provide New Home Tours?

We want to help you make the RIGHT decision when purchasing a new home. In
exchange, we hope that you will think of us in the future. Referrals are our main source
of clients and we feel that you will be ready, willing and able to recommend us to your
friends, family and new neighbors.  Of course, there is no obligation for you to do so.
We hope you will.  New home builders will, from time to time, offer compensation for
our efforts. This, in no way, effects which homes are toured.  When builders do offer
compensation to us, you will also qualify for our exclusive New Home Rebate program.

What About Builder Incentives?

You may be told that , when working with a Realtor to purchase a new home that you
will not be entitled to special incentives. This is simply NOT TRUE. ALL builder
incentives are available when using our New Home Tour service. Upgrades, special
financing, closing cost assistance and more.   Information about some of these
programs is not made available to the public. In addition,
Mission Grove's exclusive
New Home Rebate program adds even more value.

Does Mission Grove Represent Us?

We do not represent you or the builder-developer. Our New Home Tour Service is
available to you as a complimentary service without obligation, representation or any
other obligations. When you find the RIGHT home for you, you contract directly with the
new home builder. There is no "middle man". We simply help you find the right home,
identify all available incentives and provide our professional advice and are information
so that you  can make  an informed decision.

What's The Catch?

None. We would like to offer our assistance and hope that you will use our services in
the future. We hope that you will see the value in our exclusive service and recommend
us to you friends, family and co-workers. Not everyone will purchase a new home and
at some point, you may wish to sell. We hope that you will think of Mission Grove! Of
course, there is absolutely no obligation to do so.
